This comprehensive course included extensive anatomy and physiology along with a thorough study of the science and varied techniques or reflexology with strong focus on individualised healing protocols.
My full time reflexology practice is in southeast London emphasizes deep relaxation as the fundamental premise for healing and radiant health.
